i think words are just about one of the coolest things around (well, besides type).
i carried around a dictionary as a kid. it paid off (and made my arms strong, too).

ARTIST STATEMENTS.
ART FUNDING PROPOSALS.
COPYWRITING.
WEBWRITING.
AND THEN THERE's EDITING.
AND WORD-SMITHING.
AND CONTENT MANAGEMENT.

bottom line. words are some of the most strategic pieces of a marketing campaign, a brochure, a website, corporate collateral. oh, and an actual verbal presentation. words. written. spoken.
